Bag'in is a quality product that must be maintained and cleaned every year to preserve its protective properties. We recommend using water and a gentle detergent. Take care of Bagi'n, and Bag'in will take care of your outdoor furniture - year after year. That’s good news for both the environment and your wallet.

After approving your complaint, we will to the best of our abilities try to mend or repair the damage. If it’s not possible to repair, you'll receive a new product from us.
